      The people that manage this location genuinely feel like they want you to succeed and everyone pulls together for the better of the whole store. It feels like a big family sometimes.

      Cons

      The pay isn't fantastic, but the hours are very accommodating so it's a win.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      Pros

      Trans-inclusive health insurance and decent wages.

      Cons

      Culture of abuse and harassment; anti-LGBTQ hate speech is allowed on an unlimited basis so long as there no non-LGBTQ witnesses. Poor camera coverage creates a lot of spaces where things can happen to you that police won't be able to find on film later.
