      You move up quick. Good benifits if you are full time.

      Not good work life balance, favoritism they treat middle management as scapegoats they deliberately set people up to fail a sincerely honest store manager is hard to find

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please
