Pros
The pharmacists and pharmacy manager themselves are highly competent, pleasant and great to work with, as well as some of the other techs. Pay is decent compared to other pharmacies, hours are extremely flexible
Cons
There's a lot of gossip and drama in the department, particularly from some of the technicians that have been there the longest, that makes it an unpleasant and difficult working environment for new employees. Senior employees intentionally try to cause trouble for newer hires. There is also a lot of oversight and meddling from store management outside the pharmacy itself. The environment is very noisy and chaotic and customers can be extremely tiresome but that's to be expected in any retail pharmacy environment.
