      Pros

      I loved my coworkers and they were the reason I was able to cope with the struggles of the job and stay there.

      Cons

      The management team for new business motivates by fear of consequence or punishment for failing instead of incentives to do better. They also lied often about promotion opportunities and it was very clear who the "favorites" were.
