Pros

The bonuses were the best part about being paid at Hanover research, it definitely contributed to staying for longer. I also liked a few colleaguesz

Cons

The company was not at all diverse, rarely listened to their employees and had a difficult time raising team morale. The people who succeeded looked like the people who were at the top.

Thank you for your review. We are dedicated to making Hanover a great place to work, and diversity, equity, and inclusion is a major focus for our organization. To name a few initiatives we've launched around DEI, in the last year we have given time off to participate in a Day of Unity, established an Employee Charitable Donation Match Program focused on social justice causes, rebooted our Affinity Groups, launched diversity training, incorporated new ways to proactively source and present diverse talent, and updated job postings and internal communications with more inclusive language. However, we understand there is always room for improvement and appreciate your feedback. We would like to understand more about your experience and how we can improve. Please email us at peoplesupport@hanoverresearch.com with more information. -The People Team
