10yThank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that you are enjoying your time at Hanover. I am sorry that the tone during the recent content satisfaction survey presentation came across as dismissive. That was not our intention at all. We are aware of the challenges expressed during the survey and are working on ways to address them. Each employee's perception is valuable to us and the purpose of the annual survey is to give everyone the opportunity to give the Executive team insight into their perceptions of their role along with helping us focus on the main areas for improvement. Please keep sharing your feedback with your manager, Content Director, VP of Content, HR representative or the CEO directly.
