Everyone I've encountered at Harbin has been great and welcoming since the day I started. Harbin has a clear mission which seems to keep employees of all levels motivated. The organization really seems to care about employees as well as the community as a whole.

Cons

You've got to be willing to work hard and to be dedicated to the organization in order to be successful. It's not necessarily a con, but is something new employees should be aware of.

Great opportunity to learn hands-on patient care and chiropractic procedures. The doctors were knowledgeable, and the experience helped build communication and clinical skills.

Cons

Pay could be better, scheduling could be more organized, and there were times when the workload felt overwhelming for an intern.
