      TOO MUCH ..... gossip and leadership favoritism.

      coworkers, benefits, team activities, hours, cleanliness

      Cons

      salary and management. For the small pay you are lead to believe that the benefits outweigh it but not worth it. Leadership plays favoritism on the ones that have been there the longest and these are the ones that do not work. Be careful of the he say she say because that is the thing you will find yourself in the office about. The turn around is constant.

      Pros

      Surgeons and office staff were easy to work alongside. Schedule was flexible. Physicians allowed autonomy on my part, yet readily available when needed.

      Cons

      Pay not comparable to my peers' salary. No room for negotiation with upper management/administration, despite taking heavier patient workloads. Little to no communication from administration/non-clinical staff.

      Pros

      It is at least a place of employment… some of the Doctors are awesome and I guess it also includes some of the locations- Cartersville is not one of them!!

      Cons

      The Cartersville location is plagued with many malfunctions … mainly in management… if they don’t like you, watch out … plagued with favortism… hostile environment… run!!!
