I had the privilege of working for the Harbin Clinic Marketing Department for about 4 years. I first joined as an intern, and I was hired full-time after graduation as a designer. The team was very friendly and close-knit, and Leanne Cook was an amazing leader. As a designer, there were also ample opportunities to create a wide variety of materials for the clinic that really helped to fill out my portfolio. I was incredibly fortunate to start my career at Harbin Clinic.

Cons

I personally did not mind, but if you are a member of the marketing department you will on occasion have to help out at events sponsored by Harbin Clinic in the evenings or on weekends. But that's just something to be aware of, it was never anything too difficult.

Great opportunity to learn hands-on patient care and chiropractic procedures. The doctors were knowledgeable, and the experience helped build communication and clinical skills.

Cons

Pay could be better, scheduling could be more organized, and there were times when the workload felt overwhelming for an intern.
