Pros

clinical mgr tried to accommodate emp for req time off. Company kept up with CPR and scheduled your class for you as well as updates on vaccinations. I liked being able to wk independently and they trusted your judgment. Doctors were always on your side and trusted your judgment. Call pay incl mileage and fee plus time/half regardless if you had 40 hr or not.

Cons

When census was up, we were called into work on our days off frequently and had to reschedule our appts to be able to. Sometimes would go to another hospital and be called back to a different one because schedule changed.

Great opportunity to learn hands-on patient care and chiropractic procedures. The doctors were knowledgeable, and the experience helped build communication and clinical skills.

Cons

Pay could be better, scheduling could be more organized, and there were times when the workload felt overwhelming for an intern.
