Pros

Management is responsive, the team work is second to none. The doctors I work with consider us all a team. I love the schedule of Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays or nights. That's hard to come by as a nurse and still receive a good pay rate. Harbin makes it happen.

Cons

The insurance is lacking, but insurance everywhere is a problem.

Great opportunity to learn hands-on patient care and chiropractic procedures. The doctors were knowledgeable, and the experience helped build communication and clinical skills.

Cons

Pay could be better, scheduling could be more organized, and there were times when the workload felt overwhelming for an intern.
