Pros

I’ve been with Harbinger for more than two years, and it has been rewarding to see the company grow from an early-stage startup into a more established organization. The mission is meaningful, the product is genuinely innovative, and many of the people here are highly talented and committed to what they are building. As a Senior Marketing Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to take ownership of important projects, work across different teams, and contribute beyond the traditional boundaries of my role. There is a lot of room to bring forward ideas and make a visible impact. The pace is fast, the work is rarely boring, and you get exposure to challenges that would take much longer to encounter at a larger company.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, priorities can shift quickly, and processes do not always keep pace with the company’s growth. Communication and decision-making across teams could sometimes be clearer, and employees may need to be comfortable working through ambiguity. The workload can also become demanding during busy periods.

Pros

great people to work with, awesome opportunity to learn with great people, ambitious company and free lunch.

Cons

sometimes long hours, worth working when projects come together, and location is great for commute but not much around. wish we had a patio to work at.
