Pros

I'm sure a lot of the locations within the company are great, but not mine. I guess they have a work/life balance if you consider working 20 or less hours a week a "work/life balance".

Cons

They only offer part time postions. They write you up for questioning the policies that dont make sense. The pay+hours dont equal up to a living wage. They cater to people that expect you to be an expert in the world of tools, but hire people that know next to nothing about the products they work with. There is blatant favrotisim shown with no regard for the fact that they are discriminating against other people within the staff. They don't apply all standards/policies to everyone (only the people they don't like, or want to get rid of). They treat you like your a robot and if you aren't able to meet their psychotic standards you become public enemy #1

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
