Inadequate training , poor communication from direct supervisor, claim to be a "Christian" company but my direct supervisor did not seem to embody these principles in dealing with subordinates, very petty and also confrontational but HR only backed the supervisor and not listen to the employee. They will terminate without any warning over very petty issues. If they do a write up over something, they won't tell you the next step is termination. Very dishonest HR reps and some of the supervisors as well.
