Pros

Office hours and flexibility with working remotely. Lunches provided once a month. You'll get connected with some great clients and teammates who may be beneficial in the long run, depending on where you want to go with your career. There is a lot to be learned from Hargrove and the way they excute their projects for clients. I will say they hold a decent name onsite, so it is good to work for a company with a semi-positive outlook on the outside. The teammates you work with are good people.

Cons

You are seen as a number, not a valuable teammate. They focus on a "team mentality" but its real favoritism and who you know, if you are a Mobile teammate or close to Ralph or his son, Corey, you are treated better. Not all teams and groups are held to the same standards or accountable for their missteps/inaction/failure Medical benefits are expensive and the plans are not that great. You cannot add your spouse if they have group coverage with their employer, and if you can add your spouse or children, be prepared to have $500-$700 taken from your monthly pay for even the high deductible plans. Diversity and inclusion is lacking, take a look at their leadership board - no POC and little POC in office. I do hope the best for Hargrove and they learn from past mistakes and do better are promoting within based on talent/performance not just senority. With a few changes in management - mangers trained to be effective leaders - Hargrove can continue to be a properous company
