Claim to be a “team” but it’s all for show. Manager was confrontational and extremely petty. Also was supposed to be mentoring but their response to any question asked was “You’re IT. You’re supposed to know.” Also terminated in a very underhanded way and HR backed the manager. They’ve not upfront and they don’t try to work with you if there’s a problem. Just find a way to terminate and don’t try to help employees that are struggling. Always keep your resume up to date.
