NONE. This company used too be the best company too work for. Times change....management changes and then they NO LONGER CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON YOUR A NUMBER.

Hsb has completely become the most two faced company too work for. At one time it was a huge family and everyone had everyones back. NOT NOW....they look too see who they can stab in the back. The person who made the comments about being related too family could NOT be more CORRECT. YOU will go right up the ladder NOT even knowing YOUR JOB but as long as you are family of management you are making bank and doing NOTHING. Its all the other dedicated employees who work LONG DAYS and DONT get PAID for it just too ensure their dates dont go overdue so that they DO NOT get written up. God for BID service levels.drop A MANAGER WILL NOT STEP IN AND HELP. WONT PICK UP A PHONE OR DO A PIECE OF WORK. ITS MORE FUN FOR THEM TOO YELL AT ENTIRE FLOOR OF PEOPLE THEN TOO PITCH IN. This company has changed so severly they dont care about anyone. If your sick...your written up. They may say feel better but they DO NOT CARE they are writing you up and counting your points too termination. They will do what it takes too fire you if they dont LIKE YOU. Or if your NOT IN A CLICK. Its so sad its like daycare or high school. These are grown adults who act this way and its management. The entire management team needs too be FIRED and an entire NEW team from the outside needs too be brought in across the entire company.
