Pros

The vision itself was great. But it's a passing daydream and already dead in the water.

Cons

Not employee-friendly. They have this seasonal purge where they lay off a massive number of their employees all at once. Did three purges within six months. Word is "they are cutting down on their budget". Then they go on a hiring frenzy AFTER the purge. You get "good work" feedback and then get terminated the next day. Zero metrics to track performance. Firing is arbitrary. They switch objectives every other week and nobody cares about keeping documentation, because "what is the point?". Their best staff are all but gone on to bigger and better companies.

As a recent hire, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this company. The engineering culture is strong, with a shared commitment to doing the right thing. The company's rapid growth, particularly in the AI space, has led to an influx of new talent on the engineering team, which has been a great opportunity for personal growth and learning. The upper and middle management are very supportive and seem genuinely invested in fostering a healthy work-life balance, which is a huge plus. If you're considering joining, I’d say: go for it. It's a great place to grow your career while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.

There's really nothing negative to say when everyone here is so positive.
