You have the opportunity to work with some sick patients and the reward of knowing you helped them
Cons
Leadership is a joke, they only care about themselves. Rarely see them on the unit helping. They wanted to ignore covid and would penalize you and talk about you if you or a family member was positive. Health benefits and PTO/sick days are basically non existent. The do gooders get punished and those with poor work ethic get away with everything because they are so short staffed.
