It is very rewarding role at Haven to search and connect with healthcare professionals that want to make a difference in people’s lives and their communities.

Cons

Like any job, there are times when we may feel a heavy load, but knowing I am helping the team and others makes me very content at the end of the day!

Cons

Horrible administration, they don't follow their own policies, extremely unsafe working conditions, horrible admissions process resulting in inappropriate admissions, you will feel unsafe nearly every shift and treated so poorly you will be in disbelief

new leadership has created atmosphere of fear-hostility. never worked anywhere where so many people leave unannounced-escorted out.
