Pros
There are some good people who work there. The pay is pretty good and the charts are in the EMR system and clinical staff actively document in the EMR chart.
Cons
Management promotes bullies and are mostly bullies themselves. It is a lot like today’s current social culture, people take fragments of a situation and mold it to the narrative that serves them best. They stay successful by tearing their coworkers down. Good workers leave all the time and as this hospital and company does not value their employees. You may get a beneficial learning experience, but you should be working on finding a place that will value you. Karma is greatly needed here. Management is incompetent and would be SOL if good employees stopped showing up. If you are below management level do not expect recognition or opportunities. Do expect to be used but also accused, cornered, and any power you should have you in fact do not. The insurance is horrible as well.
