      Great opportunity for a recent law graduate to expereince first hand the inner workings of the criminal and civil system of government at work.

      Cons

      Due to the recent furlough situation we are expereincing here in Hawaii, the future annual salary will be a little less that what I had recieved.

      Amazing place for people starting out, the state is a relatively slow environment and little change occurs.

      Cons

      Prone to repetition and lack of innovation and new technology. Not much opportunity for career advancement.

      Vacation and sick is fair

      Poor management. Different policies in different departments. They don’t even follow the union contract. Pay is a joke
