Pros
We have GREAT Branch Managers at each office leading a great group of Recruiters and staff. Recruiters are attentive , Payroll is efficient and timely, Most Assignments are long term and pay is competitive depending on your experience. I am proud to work for a company that keeps up with Staffing trends and employs/retains only the crème of the crop!
Cons
We have a great staff at all our offices and the majority have been working for Hawkins between 3yrs-15yrs. Therefore, we might not have the immediate advancement opportunities we would like to offer employees. However, Hawkins does make up for that with other incentives such as Sick Time, Vacation and 10 Observed Holidays. Management has also been know to create roles for individuals with certain skill sets that wish to advance.
