      Pros

      Hmm pro's thinking back I can't think of any. I thought it was great experience towards growing either the company but that is apparently not available.

      Cons

      They will hire your replacement without telling you. They don't pay market level for the criminals that you hire. It seems like the people that are doing well at the company are the ones that take the short cuts and do the process incorrectly. The branch manager clearly does not know how to do her job and pushes off her mistakes on others. They say one thing and do another. Processes change at the drop of a hat without any rhyme or reason. Glad I left there when I did.

      I'm so sorry you felt that way. We hired more recruiters to help fill all the open positions. You were not being replaced you were getting a promotion.       Great place to find work!

      Pros

      They listen to what your needs are and willing to work around it. They have some clients that offer PT and FT work. Sometimes the pay isn't great but if you put in the work you get rewarded in the end. They offer remote and on-site CSR positions, some have sign on bonus.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. They are all very nice at Hawkins, they listen to you and try to find the closest location to you.
