The job itself can be hard sometimes but really rewarding and the buildings have a lot of help.

The BCBA's, technicians, and building staff make this a welcoming nice place to work. Everyone cares for the best interest of their clients and it shows. If my child needed a clinic there's no where else I would send them.

Silly, but there's only one bathroom for 25 employees and sometimes you have to wait. Break time is pretty non-existent after waiting in line for the bathroom. Otherwise, there are no real cons.
