Half of ownership is open to change, family oriented work atmosphere, opportunity for a hardworking, entry level worker to advance

Cons

Terrible cashflow management (your paycheck may be late by up to a week), toxic attitude in the majority of managers who they refuse to fire, clueless owner who is stuck on doing things that worked 5 to 10 years ago and is obviously not working anymore

Health Genesis is a fast paced, fun-filled environment to work in. The people are extremely friendly and team oriented. The work is stimulating, challenging, and enjoyable.

Cons

If you can't handle a busy workplace, that is driven by quality and accountability, then this is not the place for you. You need to be able to think fast and be productive on a daily basis.

Owners need Ms to be involved in everything, including housekeeping. She is a bit out there. She seems nice but she is a snake. Beware! Benefits are no good.
