Health Genesis is a fast paced, fun-filled environment to work in. The people are extremely friendly and team oriented. The work is stimulating, challenging, and enjoyable.

If you can't handle a busy workplace, that is driven by quality and accountability, then this is not the place for you. You need to be able to think fast and be productive on a daily basis.

Health Genesis is a rapidly growing company with opportunities to move up or around in various departments as new jobs and needs are created. The company moral is fantastic, coworkers actually are friendly and make you feel welcomes always. The president of the company is incredibly understanding and helpful. She helps guide you when you first start so you learn the tools you need to be successful for the overall job. The dynamic aspect of the jobs here always keep you on your feet (not literally).

Honestly, downside to here is that health insurance is not currently offered but that can change as the company grows. They do offer paid vacation after a year of service (more than other companies offer).
