Pros
If you have a hustler mentality and genuinely care about helping people, this is an incredibly rewarding place to work. This isn’t a “clock in, clock out” type of job, it’s healthcare. There are always patients who need support and the team understands that we are often the front line in getting people the care they deserve. The culture is collaborative and community focused. Everyone relies on each other and communication is key. When things get busy (and they do), the team steps up and gets things done quickly and efficiently. People here take ownership, move fast, and support one another. High performers who are proactive and solution oriented will absolutely thrive.
Cons
It’s not for everyone. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and excuses don’t go far. If you prefer a slower environment or like to stay under the radar, this probably isn’t the right fit. There are busy seasons and moments when the workload can feel intense, especially because patient needs don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
