Pros

The group of ladies that make up the South Bay office are honestly very sweet people. It's a small office and unlike other office cultures where hostility exists quietly among coworkers, I found that to not be true here. The ladies that had been there longer were always asking new staff if they needed help and we honestly had some good laughs together despite how short of a time I was actually there as an employee. I thought the DPCS/VP was also nice although truly we didn't talk much. She was pretty hands off with me which I appreciated since I didn't like being micromanaged and stepped in when needed to correct little mistakes without sounding demeaning.

Cons

I wholeheartedly agree with another review on here that stated concern about the leadership ability of the regional intake manager. There's a quote by Michelle Obama that goes along the lines of people sitting at powerful tables often not knowing how they even got there--this quote rings true for this specific manager. This particular manager was very vocal about her title, her salary being more than what a nurse makes, how her intake experience somehow qualified her to make clinical decisions without the proper clinical education or any education whatsoever, how upper management was taking too long with getting her an official office and parking space, etc. It was frustrating as well witnessing her belittle the experience/knowledge of other staff (myself included), when she herself was a fairly new employee having just come on board in February 2026 and still clearly not knowledgeable in the company protocols. Overall, I found her to be lacking in critical thinking ability since her solution to a lot of problems was to simply point her finger at someone below her to correct her mistakes. Ultimately, I left because I couldn't be under management that chooses to lead with their title/salary as opposed to leading by example and getting into the work with her team.

Pros

Sadly no pros. My experience with this company was very traumatic and disappointing.

Cons

-Formally expressing concerns regarding overall experience under Regional Manager Diane Gomez during my employment. -Became aware that at least two previous employees also remained in the scheduling department for only a very short period of time, raising concerns about a possible pattern within the department of firing people constantly. -Observed behavior from management that felt unprofessional and inappropriate during training. -Witnessed the manager openly criticize and made negative comments made about employees under her. -Felt the workplace environment lacked support, professionalism and respect for employees. -Observed that the manager appeared selective about who she treated kindly, contributing to feelings of exclusion. -During training i felt discouraged from asking questions necessary to learn the role. -Received responses that made asking training-related questions feel unwelcome or burdensome.

Pros

I’m really grateful to be part of a team where everyone is supportive and easy to work with. My coworkers are not only skilled and professional, but also kind, approachable, and always willing to help whenever needed. It creates a positive atmosphere where collaboration feels natural and stress is manageable. The working environment is very welcoming and motivating, making it easier to stay productive and enjoy each day at work. Overall, it’s a place where you feel valued and encouraged to grow, and that makes a big difference.

Cons

There are times when the workload can be challenging, but it helps build strong time management and problem-solving skills.
