Pros
not many...oh...dam lucky I have a job and reminded of it ....often.
Cons
I have been thru a couple take overs.....this is a first I have seen and heard that they have left top management and even some middle management. HN has always been top heavy and their top salaries. The number of officers and vp's. all the bad business decisions, off shoring, laying off good people, tons of endless over time and no end sight to it....and we pee-ons ...or bee workers at HN were really hoping this take over would see that.....and turn this company around and believer in the "worker" again...instead of it still being from much of the management....that we r dam lucky to have a job or if u don't like it leave! We thought centene ran differently...with daycares...community centers....cafeterias....from the Midwest way of doing business, that again....staff would matter...we would have the tools we need, staff to do the job vs mandatory OT or ur fired for and On and on for years. Come on centene, most of the management of HN has clearly run this company into the ground and their attitude and treatment of staff will NEVER change. Staff has left and will continue leaving until it's fixed and believe me glass door is not the only avenue people hear now bad things are at HN,now centene!
