Pros
My co-workers were great to work with. They cared about their work and tried to do the best for the company as well as help each other. The company had all the programs and components to create a good work environment for their employees.
Cons
Executive management (director and above) talked the talk but did not walk the walk when it came to creating a good work environment. They talked about listening to their employees and creating a collaborative environment but when it came to execution, they did the opposite and it was more of "my way or the highway" attitude.
