Pros

Best job EVER to sit around watching movies, listening to music, and shopping online all day. The laziest of them all can earn very easy money to do absolutely nothing but trying to find ways to keep yourself occupied while other people do the work.

Cons

Wake up and stop wasting money on unnecessary employees. HN can be profitable for everybody if you just clean house and pay attention on who is performing and who is getting away with doing nothing at all. Sick and tired of having a great work ethic when others are being paid doing nothing.

Pros

Once you are hired on permanently as an employee, the benefits are great. Promotions happen quickly as long as you are trying your best. Also employees are able to decide whether or not they want to work remotely from home or in the call center or hybrid

Cons

Training classes are held via zoom which can make learning a new product difficult. The trainer is unorganized and hard to follow because of technical issues and The flow of the curriculum.

Remote work, good benefits, online education opportunities.

Cons

Constant conserns around layoffs. No bonuses below Supervisor. Benefits are expensive even though they are the underwriters of their policies. Employees are not treated as a valuable resource.
