Pros

The people who work there are some of the best assistants. They are there to help you grow and learn what they know.

Cons

they use outdated systems, granted they are trying to move forward with using newer technology but to double confirm everything is still in the old systems. The training is not complete, once you start taking actual calls there are still a lot of things to learn. Not a lot of growth in the company Having to deal with a lot of verbal abuse from callers who call in There is always a mess up with multiple callers' accounts whether it's billing, authorizations, claims, or even the caller's name in their systems

Pros

Once you are hired on permanently as an employee, the benefits are great. Promotions happen quickly as long as you are trying your best. Also employees are able to decide whether or not they want to work remotely from home or in the call center or hybrid

Cons

Training classes are held via zoom which can make learning a new product difficult. The trainer is unorganized and hard to follow because of technical issues and The flow of the curriculum.

Pros

Remote work, good benefits, online education opportunities.

Constant conserns around layoffs. No bonuses below Supervisor. Benefits are expensive even though they are the underwriters of their policies. Employees are not treated as a valuable resource.
