Pros

It does not take long for an associate to learn that this is not the place to work.

Cons

Senior management lacks business ethics and will compromise integrity, quality and associates to increase their bottom line. They are a leach on the belly of CMS that will lie to government officials to secure new contracts or renew existing contracts. HSAG / FMQAI senior and mid-level management are verbally abusive to subordinates.

At HSAG/FMQAI, we value input from our team. As a current employee, we would have liked to hear about your concerns internally so that we could have an opportunity to address them. HSAG/FMQAI have an extensive and extraordinarily positive relationship with CMS; this relationship is built on trust, integrity, and a track record of outstanding performance. We secure and retain contracts exclusively based on the hard work and expertise of our team! It is unfortunate to hear that your experience with mid- and senior-level management has not been positive. We expect our leaders to be professional at all times and behavior as you have described is not tolerated. I encourage you to contact our HR team to raise your concerns formally so that we can take action as needed.
