Pros
Compensation was very generous. Lots of fun activities during the year that helped deflect the pressure/stress of work.
Cons
Individuals are hired to oversee critical projects/contracts that have no knowledge or background, and these individuals take all credit for work their direct reports produce. Some individuals are friends or acquaintences of exec management. This causes a rift between those directors and their direct reports, who then have to do the director's job on top of their own, OR answer client's concerns regarding the company staff turnover. Many of those direct reports, wearing multiple hats, expressed concerns to HR and exec management (myself included), but nothing would ever change. I worked there for many years, but felt compelled to leave when my concerns were not addressed or even taken seriously. I went to the HR office with documentation many times, but nothing was ever done. If quality is HSAG's focus, it seems to have missed the mark, and is getting worse, because my former colleagues are continuing to leave their employment there. An entire project team left recently, leaving behind a skeleton crew with no relevant experience. Most organizations would wonder why this continues to happen.
