Unorganized structure led to stressful work environment - Administrative Assistant III Health Services Advisory Group Employee Review

I worked at the California location which was a relatively new location. Many policies and procedures had not been established yet which meant their was no standardized way of doing things. Training was minimal and often times processes would change with not all staff being informed of such changes, which would result in mass confusion and discipline. The problem could have been fixed with Standard Operating Procedures, yet upper management was not very accepting of that idea.
