Cons
Extremely high turnover rate, particularly of management and entry level personnel. Low compensation all around, not only based on national averages for like jobs, but also low for the area. A lot of good talk about change for the better -- followed by more of the same. Complete lack of training. Even after there appeared to be a new emphasis on training new hires, many already complain that the training they get is worthless and just a boring waste of time. Existing employees have to go out on their own to even get a grasp of the products and the industry they serve. With an ownership change it appears that the existing employee base is nothing but a group of outsourced temps.
