Complete lack of training. Even after there appeared to be a new emphasis on training new hires, many already complain that the training they get is worthless and just a boring waste of time. Existing employees have to go out on their own to even get a grasp of the products and the industry they serve.
With an ownership change it appears that the existing employee base is nothing but a group of outsourced temps.
