My old company was recently acquired by HPO. When we were brought on we were told that our metrics wouldn't be watched too closely until June. They lied! Starting in April they started distributing the calls based on buckets & if you were struggling you were screwed. There was really no time to get use to everything and I was given bottom-of-the-barrel leads. I was expected to sell but was placed on OB only and you can't sell a VM. Upper Management (above the sale manager) is very deceiving and blows a lot of smoke. If you aren't a top agent, they could care less about you.
