Pros
Great work community environment while working remotely Work equipment was provided for free Paid Training and certifications to be licensed Bonus pay one-time offer for snacks and internet cost Free staff t-shirt Staff group huddles were fun and a great way to connect and learn about the founder, CEO, and team staff members of Health Sherpa Great at providing and supporting you with resources and information to perform your job. My team supervisor encouraged me to meet alone for one on one support to vent or go over any challenges I was facing CRM tools were sufficient to navigate and easy to learn. We're flexible in adapting to my personal life schedule to fit my work schedule I loved that HealthSherpa encouraged discretion of handling to end any rude/nasty inbound or outbound calls if customers that were not polite to you
Cons
Poor timing in notifying when us about deadlines for licenses and certifications to be completed. A lot of pressure to have it done without much notice. Especially study for exams and test is not your strong suit to read a lot of information and take notes I found a lot of times there was a little micromanaging from the team superior and manager Expected to have cameras on and see you on at all times Break and lunch were very short Can be mentally exhausting answering calls as there are times you will work double shifts or have to stay an extra hour or two. Will be called to work weekends and holidays. Hard work will not keep you around during the seasonal hiring. I felt they had their favoritism picks. Customers that left great reviews for me wore never shared in the open but messaged privately. Supervisors would mention in the communication boards others' accomplishments in customer reviews.
