Pros
(Information Technology) Flexible work environment, strong company backed by HCA with strong growth potential for the future. Attracts good talent but does not retain it over the long haul because smart employees are left to devise their own path and eventually find something better at HCA or elsewhere.
Cons
Leadership is young and does not develop up and coming talent to grow resulting in attrition. A lot of trial and error without proper direction. The value proposition of work is rarely measured resulting in impacts on moral when it results in wasted effort. Individuals are not used for their strengths, rather where ever there is a need within the organization. Ample room to increase productivity by identifying and leveraging employee strengths.
