      Only 1. decent insurance benefits

      very toxic culture fostered and even encouraged by what is supposed to be the leadership. if your manager does not like you, you will get written up for every little thing as they are trying to force you out. the processes do not make sense and are not followed. bad company organizational structure - very discombobulated and frustrating. people and departments are set up to work against each other. when asked to go above beyond it is veiled as being a team member but in reality it is a way for the favorite people to get away with not doing their job. software not designed for the company resulting in a ton of workarounds and manual everything

      Travel is a difficult area to work in. It's very cliquey. They "want you to be promoted to recruiter" but heavily misrepresent the position, requirements, and pay. They like to say that you will make 6-figures within your first year, but you will not. Not unless you eat, sleep, and breathe HealthTrust. Keep in mind that while you may do okay, what you make is dependent on who you sign and HCA Healthcare has a terrible reputation in the medical world when it comes to employee treatment and environment. If you LIKE sales and do well in sales, this actually might be for you. You're pitching dreams, not promises, to get a bite on a line and try to get commissions. It's going to be draining. It's going to be tough. It's going to be competitive. There are other travel agencies who treat employees better. If you're interviewing and they promised you greatness, prepare yourself not to get it.
