--No sick time, it takes out of your PTO --Metric times are getting cut more and more. At some point they will expect people to work like computers. --There is a high turnover rate leads to a lot of work on the poor folks who somehow survived the turnover rate and stayed at the company--so your reward for staying is doing MORE work for the same pay and a measly thank you --There is little transparency--so many people you don't know in the company, esp in senior management, will send you cryptic messages about any little thing.
