Flexible schedule, 401k match, work from home office or out in field.

Lots of changes. Low pay compared to what ton can find at other places. One year you do well, next year you don’t because they goals are set so high. Lots of new changes happened quickly. Much more responsibility, and less pay. They will lose good people. Lots of busy work, fly by seat of your pants changes. Low pay for what we actually are required to do now.
