The new management has really made me feel more like I am part of a team. I now come to work excited to perform my tasks because I feel like I have a purpose and understand the importance of my job duties rather than feeling like I’m doing busy work everyday. Ever since we got more support from OIA I truly feel like I am making a difference for the patients and I feel more connected with my management teams as well as my coworkers. I also feel as though management really hears me when I have concerns about a process or situation. I would highly recommend working here if you want to feel like a community with your coworkers and have a voice within the company you’re working for!

mangers and a director that fight each other. they dont support employees. They dont care about anyone but themselves. Equipment is so crappy and breaks down all the time. They refuse to buy new stuff. If you ask for a raise they think the annual 1 percent is good.
