The new management has really made me feel more like I am part of a team. I now come to work excited to perform my tasks because I feel like I have a purpose and understand the importance of my job duties rather than feeling like I’m doing busy work everyday. Ever since we got more support from OIA I truly feel like I am making a difference for the patients and I feel more connected with my management teams as well as my coworkers. I also feel as though management really hears me when I have concerns about a process or situation. I would highly recommend working here if you want to feel like a community with your coworkers and have a voice within the company you’re working for!
Bad management. Equipment is old and not taken care of. Building is falling apart. Pay is horrible lucky if you get a 2% raise annually. Constantly ran out of supplies went weeks without soap or paper towels.
