You get to pick The days that you can work the hours and what county is that you were going to work in.. there well known and all the different counties in Indiana so you can pick the ones closest to home
Cons
And cons I can really think of would be how to use your own transportation so that’s where and tear on your vehicle if you go to a lot of different counties they pay so much a mile but they don’t pay the first place to go to because the way they look at it you had to be there anyways
