Not a client first agency nor staff - Branch Manager Help at Home Employee Review

The location I worked for, had consumers that were high functioning and extremely behavioral. I do not feel that we obtained any level of support to ensure these people had quality lives. Staff was allowed to no show twice in a row without consequences of any kind.
