Pros
Senior Leadership that really cares about the mission and the people. The focus on making our caregivers the priority and figuring out how to make things easier and more beneficial for them. Excited to be part of it and feel like there is lots of room for growth.
Cons
It's still hard to navigate who is responsible for what. We have a lot of initiatives and need to prioritize more.
