Pros

-Great support network, they give you every tool you need to succeed -Solid work/life balance considering it’s a sales position. If you’ve got stuff going on outside of work, they’ll try their best to accommodate -Free health insurance

Cons

-Corporate has a ton of control over the dealership and very little direct insight l, which makes it hard to work consistently with the ever evolving corporate standards

Pros

Phenomenal culture Excellent sales training Run the way you want any company to be run. Invests heavily in their employees both in terms of a genuine desire for each employee to succeed as well as top tier benefits. Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions. Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.

Cons

Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
